Energy Psychology

Energy Psychology is an integrative approach that combines principles of traditional psychotherapy with techniques that work with the body’s energy systems. It is based on the understanding that emotional experiences, thoughts, and behaviors are connected to both neurological processes and subtle energetic patterns within the body.

Using methods such as acupressure tapping, breathwork, and focused awareness, energy psychology helps regulate the nervous system while addressing the underlying patterns that contribute to emotional distress. These techniques can support the release of stress, reduce the intensity of difficult emotions, and promote a greater sense of balance and well-being.

Energy psychology is often used to address concerns such as anxiety, trauma, phobias, and performance blocks. It offers a gentle, empowering way to create shifts in both mind and body, helping individuals feel more grounded, resilient, and aligned in their daily lives.

Intuitive Healing

Intuitive Healing is a holistic, client-centered approach that integrates deep listening, attunement, and insight to support emotional and personal well-being. It is based on the understanding that each person holds an innate capacity for awareness and growth, and that meaningful change often emerges through connecting with both conscious and subtle inner experiences.

In intuitive healing sessions, I draw on both clinical training and intuitive perception to sense patterns that may not be immediately visible—such as underlying emotional dynamics, belief systems, or areas of internal tension. This process helps bring clarity to what may be contributing to distress or feeling “stuck,” while creating space for new perspectives and shifts to occur.

Intuitive healing supports greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and alignment. It can be especially helpful for those seeking deeper insight, navigating life transitions, or looking to complement traditional therapy with a more integrative, mind-body approach.

Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy is a collaborative, integrative process designed to help partners deepen understanding, improve communication, and restore connection—while also honoring the spiritual dimension of each individual and the relationship itself. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/tapping), The Emotion Code, Body Code, Belief Code, energy psychology, and intuitive insight, this approach supports both partners in connecting not only with each other, but with a deeper sense of meaning, purpose, and inner guidance.

In our work together, we explore the different “parts” each partner brings into the relationship—especially those that may become activated during conflict. Through IFS, partners learn to access their Self—a calm, compassionate, and grounded presence often experienced as an inner source of wisdom and spiritual awareness. From this place, communication becomes more open, respectful, and authentic.

Practices such as EFT tapping, The Emotion Code, Body Code, Belief Code, and other energy-based techniques help regulate the nervous system, reduce emotional intensity, and clear patterns that contribute to reactivity or disconnection. When combined with mindful awareness and spiritual attunement, these methods can support a deeper sense of alignment within each partner and within the relationship.

This work invites couples to view their relationship as a space for growth and transformation—where challenges become opportunities for greater understanding, compassion, and connection. By integrating emotional, relational, and spiritual awareness, couples can cultivate a partnership that feels more grounded, conscious, and deeply connected.

Couples therapy can help you move beyond recurring patterns, strengthen emotional safety, and build a more meaningful and aligned relationship—one rooted in empathy, presence, and shared growth.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy is an evidence-based, compassionate approach to psychotherapy that views the mind as naturally composed of multiple “parts,” each with its own perspective, emotions, and role. Rather than seeing these parts as problems, IFS understands them as protective and purposeful—even when their strategies create distress.

At the heart of IFS is the Self, the essential core of every person that is inherently whole, undamaged, and capable of healing. The Self is not another part—it is the grounded, steady presence within that embodies qualities such as calm, curiosity, clarity, compassion, confidence, courage, creativity, and connectedness (often referred to as the “8 C’s”). In IFS, the Self is the natural leader of the internal system.

Healing occurs as individuals learn to access and trust this Self-energy. From this centered state, the Self can gently approach each part with openness and understanding, rather than judgment or fear. As parts feel seen, heard, and valued by the Self, they begin to relax their protective roles and release the burdens they carry. This allows the entire internal system to reorganize in a more balanced, harmonious way.

Along with the Self, IFS identifies three primary types of parts:

  • Exiles: Often carry emotional pain, trauma, or wounds from past experiences.
  • Managers: Work proactively to maintain control and prevent painful feelings from surfacing.
  • Firefighters: React when distress breaks through, often using impulsive or numbing behaviors to soothe or distract.

Through guided awareness and inner dialogue, IFS helps individuals strengthen their connection to the Self and build trusting relationships with their parts. Rather than suppressing or eliminating parts, the goal is for the Self to lead—creating internal safety, integration, and resilience.

Widely used for trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, IFS offers a respectful and empowering framework for healing—one that centers the Self as the primary agent of transformation and honors the innate wisdom within each person.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often known as “tapping,” is a gentle, evidence-informed approach that helps release emotional distress and restore balance in the mind and body. EFT combines elements of cognitive therapy with the stimulation of specific acupressure points by tapping on the body with your fingertips.

This process helps calm the nervous system while bringing awareness to unresolved emotions, limiting beliefs, or past experiences that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or physical discomfort. By pairing focused attention with rhythmic tapping, EFT supports the release of stored emotional intensity and promotes a sense of relief and regulation.

EFT can be used for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, trauma, phobias, and everyday stress. It is a practical, empowering tool that clients can learn and use on their own, helping them feel more grounded, resilient, and in control of their emotional well-being.

Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code

The Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code are holistic, energy-based approaches designed to identify and release imbalances that may be impacting emotional, physical, and mental well-being.

The Emotion Code focuses on uncovering and clearing trapped emotions—unresolved emotional energies from past experiences that can become stored in the body. By gently releasing these energies, individuals often experience greater emotional ease, improved relationships, and a deeper sense of well-being.

The Body Code expands on this work by addressing a broader range of imbalances within the body’s systems. This may include energetic disruptions related to organs, circuits, nutrition, toxins, or structural alignment. The goal is to restore balance so the body can function more optimally and support the body’s natural healing processes.

The Belief Code centers on identifying and transforming limiting subconscious beliefs that can shape thoughts, behaviors, and life patterns. By bringing these beliefs into awareness and releasing or reframing them, individuals can experience greater clarity, empowerment, and alignment with their intentions.

Together, these methods offer a comprehensive approach to supporting the body’s natural healing processes with the release of emotional burdens, restoring energetic balance in the body, and shifting the beliefs that influence how we experience ourselves and the world.

It provides a space to explore your spiritual beliefs, experiences, and questions—whether you follow a specific tradition or simply feel a desire for greater inner alignment and understanding.

From this place, you can explore life transitions, relationship challenges, personal growth, and questions of purpose with greater clarity and trust

This work may include reflecting on spiritual themes, deepening self-awareness, and addressing emotional or belief patterns that may be impacting your sense of connection. • Seeking a deeper sense of purpose or direction
  • Navigating life transitions or loss
  • Exploring or expanding your spiritual path
  • Wanting to integrate spirituality into your healing and personal growth
