Couples Therapy is a collaborative, integrative process designed to help partners deepen understanding, improve communication, and restore connection—while also honoring the spiritual dimension of each individual and the relationship itself. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/tapping), The Emotion Code, Body Code, Belief Code, energy psychology, and intuitive insight, this approach supports both partners in connecting not only with each other, but with a deeper sense of meaning, purpose, and inner guidance.
In our work together, we explore the different “parts” each partner brings into the relationship—especially those that may become activated during conflict. Through IFS, partners learn to access their Self—a calm, compassionate, and grounded presence often experienced as an inner source of wisdom and spiritual awareness. From this place, communication becomes more open, respectful, and authentic.
Practices such as EFT tapping, The Emotion Code, Body Code, Belief Code, and other energy-based techniques help regulate the nervous system, reduce emotional intensity, and clear patterns that contribute to reactivity or disconnection. When combined with mindful awareness and spiritual attunement, these methods can support a deeper sense of alignment within each partner and within the relationship.
